Refund & Cancellation Policy

The 50% advance payment is non-refundable as it covers initial design, planning, and development work that begins immediately.

If a project is cancelled after work has begun, the advance payment is retained. Any additional work completed beyond the advance amount will be billed accordingly.

We offer multiple rounds of revisions as per your package to ensure satisfaction before final delivery.

If you are unsatisfied with deliverables, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at malayappan.dev@gmail.com and we will work in good faith to resolve the issue.

Refunds are only considered if work has not yet commenced after advance payment. Once development work begins, no refunds are issued.
