Malayappan Dev provides web development, app development, and related digital services as described on this website.
Payment Terms
50% advance payment is required to begin work. The remaining 50% is due before final delivery. Payments via UPI or bank transfer only.
Revisions
Starter package: 2 rounds of revisions. Business package: 3 rounds. Premium package: 5 rounds. Additional revisions are charged at ₹500/revision.
Timeline
Delivery timelines begin after advance payment is received and all required content is provided by the client.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client owns the final website. Malayappan Dev retains the right to showcase the project in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Limitation of Liability
Malayappan Dev is not responsible for any losses arising from website downtime, third-party service issues, or content provided by the client.
